Refund and Returns Policy

At Unboxxed, we take great pride in the quality and care behind every product we create. Your satisfaction means the world to us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns

Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

We encourage you to reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order and you can return a product only if:

  • The product is defective, or incorrect.
  • Your item was damaged during transit

To be eligible for a return or replacement, please ensure:

  1. The product is in its original condition and includes all accessories and packaging.
  2. You provide a clear photo of the issue (damage, wrong item, etc.)
  3. Record an unboxing video while opening the package. The video should clearly show:
  • The sealed box.
  • The contents inside the box.
  • The damage or incorrect product, if applicable.
  1. Send the unboxing video along with the following details to contact.unboxxed@gmail.com:
  • Order ID
  • Contact number
  • Reason for the return

💰 Refunds

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

  • Damaged item
  • Wrong product shipped
  • Lost shipment confirmed by courier

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. If the product shows signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
  2. If no unboxing video is provided.
  3. If the return request is made beyond the 48 hours return period.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor product variations (as items are handmade and may vary slightly)
  • Delays caused by courier services

Refund Process

  1. Upon receiving your return request and unboxing video, our team will review the evidence.
  2. If the return is approved, we will arrange the collection of the product.
  3. After the returned product is inspected by our team, the refund will be processed.
  4. Refunds will be issued within 6 to 12 business working days via the original payment method.

 

🎁 Gift Hampers

Due to the perishable or personal nature of items in gift hampers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hampers unless the item is damaged or incomplete.
